I had a PR time at the Ironaman distance in Germany in July.
My 13 hours 08 minutes finishing time bested my previous Ironman time by 52 minutes. The German's staged a perfect race, with 5000 volunteers, 60 miles of closed roads and a party atmosphere that only they could pull off. They made each athlete feel as if they were leading the race! Here are some shots from the race.
